Job Role

Monitor fire alarm systems, dispatch emergency units, and coordinate communication during fire and rescue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate control room communication systems.

• Receive and dispatch emergency calls.

• Track crew deployment and availability.

• Maintain accurate incident records.

• Support coordination with external emergency services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Emergency call handling experience preferred.

• Proficiency in computer and communication systems.

Skills

• Clear communication and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask in high-stress situations.

• Strong organizational skills.
