We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Bartenders to join leading hotels, beach resorts, and restaurants in Greece. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of the bar area. This position offers a valuable opportunity for Sri Lankan professionals to gain European hospitality experience in a vibrant and multicultural environment.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Welcome guests, take drink orders, and provide professional, friendly service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, glassware, and tools.
Ensure all beverages are prepared safely and served in compliance with local regulations.
Restock bar inventory, monitor supplies, and control wastage.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
Engage with guests to create a pleasant and social atmosphere.
Support waitstaff and kitchen teams during busy service periods.
Follow safety, hygiene, and alcohol-serving regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or shortages to supervisors.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender or Bar Assistant in hotels, restaurants, or resorts.
Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage mixing techniques.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and maintain composure under pressure.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
Pleasant personality, confident communication, and professional grooming.
Must be of legal age to handle alcoholic beverages under Greek law.
Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
