The BIM Modeller is responsible for creating, developing, and managing detailed Building Information Models (BIM) used across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines. This role involves working closely with designers, engineers, and project teams to produce accurate 3D models and 2D documentation, supporting the design and delivery of high-quality projects.
Create and update accurate BIM models using Revit and other software from conceptual to construction phases.
Generate architectural, structural, and MEP components based on project standards.
Maintain model integrity, geometry accuracy, and coordinated file structures.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure coordinated models.
Participate in clash detection processes using Navisworks or similar tools.
Implement BIM Execution Plans and follow modeling standards.
Produce construction drawings, schedules, and details directly from the BIM model.
Ensure deliverables comply with project requirements, local codes, and BIM protocols.
Maintain version control and drawing registers.
Support project team with model-related tasks and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with BIM Manager and project leads to improve workflow efficiency.
Participate in quality control checks and model audits.

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
BIM-related certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional – Revit) are a plus.
2–5+ years of experience in BIM modeling in architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
Experience on mid to large-scale projects is preferred.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (required).
Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
Familiarity with IFC formats, clash detection, and project coordination.
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
Attention to detail and precision.
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask across projects.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
