A Bulldozer Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery to move earth, rocks, and other materials at construction, mining, or land development sites. They ensure safe and efficient operation of bulldozers while following site plans and safety regulations.
Operate Bulldozer – Maneuver the bulldozer to push, level, or clear materials such as soil, rocks, and debris.
Follow Site Plans – Read and interpret construction blueprints or instructions to execute grading and excavation tasks accurately.
Ensure Equipment Safety – Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance to ensure the bulldozer is in good working condition.
Monitor Terrain & Adjust Operations – Adjust blade angles and machine speed according to terrain and project requirements.
Maintain Worksite Safety – Follow safety protocols and communicate with team members to avoid hazards.
Perform Minor Repairs – Identify and report equipment malfunctions and conduct basic troubleshooting or minor repairs.
Coordinate with Other Workers – Work closely with construction teams, engineers, and supervisors for efficient project execution.
Adhere to Environmental Regulations – Operate machinery in compliance with environmental and safety laws.
Handle Emergency Situations – Respond to emergencies such as equipment breakdowns or unexpected obstacles effectively.
Keep Operational Records – Maintain logs of work performed, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
Education – High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in heavy machinery operation is a plus.
Experience – At least 1-3 years of experience operating bulldozers or similar heavy equipment.
Certification – A valid heavy equipment operator’s license or certification, as required by local regulations.
Technical Skills – Proficiency in handling bulldozers with different attachments and controls.
Physical Stamina – Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions and operate heavy machinery safely.
Attention to Detail – Strong focus on precision and safety while maneuvering equipment.
Communication Skills – Ability to follow instructions and coordinate with other workers on-site.
Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to assess terrain conditions and adjust operations to ensure efficient work.
Time Management – Ability to complete tasks within project deadlines efficiently.
Safety Awareness – Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to respond to emergencies effectively.
Terms & Conditions: –
Food → Free meals will be provided by the Employer as contractually agreed
Accommodation → Provided from Company as contractually agreed
Medical → Provided according to Romanian legislation
Contract period → Two (02) years for all above categories
Probation period → 03 months
Working hours → 08 hours a day, 48 hours per week, 6 days
Vacation → 21 days per year
Air Ticket → Return air ticket to the home country after 2 years continuously contract period
