Butcher (Male) Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to customer specifications.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with their orders, provide recommendations, and answer inquiries about meat products.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure the freshness of meat products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain butchering tools and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation.
• Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of meat products.
• Quality Control: Inspect meat for quality and freshness, ensuring high standards are met.
• Training and Guidance: Provide training and support to junior staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Age Limit: 18 – 50 years maximum.
2. Working hours: 08 hours/day, 6 days per week
3. Contract Period: 2 years and extendable on mutual agreement
4. Overtime as per Romanian Laboure Law
5. Allowance & Increment – Based on performance
6. Accommodation provided by Employer Free (Max. 4 people per room)
7. Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas) provided by the Employer
8. Food allowance RON 500 will be provided by the Employer
9. Medical facilities provided by the Employer
10. Payment of Insurance Premium provided by the Employer
11. Annual Medical Examination provided by the Employer
12. Joining Air ticket from Sri Lanka to Romania borne by the Employee.
13. Return Air Ticket (after completion of Contract) provided by the Employer.
14. Airport Pick Up Services provided by the Employer.
15. Passport & Identity Card right to remain in Employee’s possession.
16. Visa/Resident Card provided by the Employer.
17. Salary Tax and Levy paid by the Employer.
18. Probation period 90 days from the date of entry to Romania.
19. Death compensation allowance as per Romanian Laboure Law
20. Annual Leave and Holidays as per Romanian Laboure Law.
21. Local Transportation (only if required) provided by the Employer.
22. Repatriation of Terminated, Sick or Disabled workers paid by the Employer.
23. Repatriation of human remains in case of death paid by the Employer.
