Cake Decorators (Male) Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and decorate cakes for weddings, birthdays, and other special events.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
• Prepare icing, fillings, and cake batter according to recipes and specifications.
• Ensure high-quality standards in presentation and taste.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated on current trends in cake decorating.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cake Decorator or similar role.
• Strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Age Limit: 18 – 50 years maximum.
2. Working hours: 08 hours/day, 6 days per week
3. Contract Period: 2 years and extendable on mutual agreement
4. Overtime as per Romanian Laboure Law
5. Allowance & Increment – Based on performance
6. Accommodation provided by Employer Free (Max. 4 people per room)
7. Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas) provided by the Employer
8. Food allowance RON 500 will be provided by the Employer
9. Medical facilities provided by the Employer
10. Payment of Insurance Premium provided by the Employer
11. Annual Medical Examination provided by the Employer
12. Joining Air ticket from Sri Lanka to Romania borne by the Employee.
13. Return Air Ticket (after completion of Contract) provided by the Employer.
14. Airport Pick Up Services provided by the Employer.
15. Passport & Identity Card right to remain in Employee’s possession.
16. Visa/Resident Card provided by the Employer.
17. Salary Tax and Levy paid by the Employer.
18. Probation period 90 days from the date of entry to Romania.
19. Death compensation allowance as per Romanian Laboure Law
20. Annual Leave and Holidays as per Romanian Laboure Law.
21. Local Transportation (only if required) provided by the Employer.
22. Repatriation of Terminated, Sick or Disabled workers paid by the Employer.
23. Repatriation of human remains in case of death paid by the Employer.
