Chartered Accountant (CA) Full Time

Job Role:

A Chartered Accountant plays a key role in managing financial health, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making. This professional position requires a high level of expertise, ethical standards, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the organization or clients.

• Monitor and evaluate financial performance and advise on cost control, profitability, and risk management.

• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with local and international tax laws.

• Provide strategic financial advice to management or clients, including investment planning and business growth strategies.

• Review and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in auditing, finance, or accounting.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS and local accounting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar ERP systems).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• High integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling financial data.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Contract Period 5                                          – One (01) year renewable up to (05) five Years

6. Probation Period                                       – 03 months

7. Working Hours                                          – 08 hours per day,48 hours per week
