We are hiring a Chef De Partie on behalf of Peet’s Coffee in Riyadh, KSA. If you have experience in kitchen management and a passion for food, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen 🍳
- Prepare high-quality dishes (breakfast, sandwiches, pasta, etc.) 🍞
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain health & safety standards 🍴
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Collaborate with the head chef for menu planning and inventory control
Requirements:
- 2+ years of kitchen management experience 🍽️
- Strong background in F&B production (breakfast, sandwiches, pasta) 🥪
- Leadership and communication skills 🗣️
- English proficiency is a must
- Age: Under 32 🎯
