Chef de Partie Full Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle assigned section (hot kitchen / cold kitchen / sauce / prep)

  • Prepare items as per recipes, portion sizes, and presentation

  • Coordinate with commis/ helpers for prep and service

  • Maintain cleanliness and station discipline

  • Ensure correct storage, labelling, and wastage control

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as CDP or Senior Commis

  • Strong knowledge in section handling + speed during peak hours

  • Basic English communication

  • Hygiene knowledge (HACCP preferred)

Terms & Conditions

  • Food: Provided by Company

  • Accommodation: Provided by Company

  • Transportation: Provided by Company

  • Medical: Provided as per Company Policy

  • Contract: 2 Years

  • Probation: 3 Months

  • Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 48 hours/week

  • Vacation: 21 days/year

  • Air Ticket: Two-way free after completing contract
