A Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. They supervise accounting teams, maintain accurate financial records, and develop policies for financial control.
Financial Management – Oversee the company’s financial transactions, reporting, and budgeting.
Accounting Operations – Supervise bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax filings.
Financial Reporting – Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports).
Compliance & Auditing – Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and audits.
Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost analysis reports.
Internal Controls – Implement and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Taxation – Oversee tax calculations, filing, and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
Cash Flow Management – Monitor cash flow and optimize financial resources.
Financial Analysis – Analyze financial data to support business strategy and decision-making.
Team Leadership – Manage and train accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.
Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certifications (Preferred) – CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
Experience – Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with leadership experience.
Technical Skills – Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Accounting Standards – Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
Attention to Detail – High accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
Time Management – Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
Leadership & Communication – Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ethical Conduct – Uphold financial integrity and confidentiality in handling company finances.

Working Hours – 08 Hours per day, 06 hours per week
Over time – As per UAE Government Law
Vacation – 21 days per yea, As per UAE law

Air Passage – One way free after the completing contract
Probation Period – 06 months,
