Civil Engineer Full Time
Job Overview
We are looking for qualified and experienced Civil Engineers to support construction and infrastructure projects across Romania. Selected candidates will assist with technical planning, site supervision, quality control, progress monitoring, and coordination of construction activities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil and structural construction activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and construction teams.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work.
- Assist with project planning and scheduling.
- Monitor material usage and quality.
- Prepare progress and technical reports.
- Identify construction issues and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or recognized qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant construction or infrastructure experience preferred.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Good technical reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with engineering software is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- English communication skills preferred.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety.

🕒 Work Schedule
Working schedules will be based on project requirements, employment contract, and Romanian labour regulations.
Conditions:
Contract Period: Two (02) Years
Salary: EUR 1,150 per month
Food: Food allowance as per approved Job Order
Accommodation: Free accommodation
Working Hours: As per employment contract
Overtime: According to applicable Romanian labour law
Medical: As per approved conditions
Air Passage: Single air ticket as approved
Other Conditions: As per Romanian Labour Laws.
