Job Responsibilities of a Cleaner:
- General Cleaning:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in various areas (offices, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.).
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Bathroom Cleaning:
- Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Restock supplies like toilet paper and soap as needed.
- Trash Management:
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
- Replace trash liners and ensure waste is segregated appropriately.
- Surface Disinfection:
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and shared equipment.
- Floor Maintenance:
- Perform routine floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing as necessary.
- Clean carpets and upholstery when required.
- Window Cleaning:
- Clean windows and glass surfaces to remove smudges and streaks.
- Reporting Issues:
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to supervisors.
- Notify management of any cleaning supply shortages.
- Equipment Care:
- Maintain and store cleaning equipment properly, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Emergency Cleaning:
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests, such as spills or accidents.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to health and safety regulations when handling cleaning materials.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
Terms and Conditions:
Food → Allowance 200 AED
Transportation → Provided From Company
Accommodation → Provided From Company
Medical → provided as Company policy
Contract period → Two (02) Years
Probation period → 06 months
Working hours → 08 hours per day, 48 Hours per week
Vacation → 21 Working days per year (30 calendar days )
Air ticket → one way Free after the completing contract
