Cleaner Full Time

Job Role:

A Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in workplaces, homes, or public spaces. They ensure that areas are tidy, sanitized, and safe for occupants by performing routine cleaning tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning – Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors, carpets, and furniture.

2. Sanitization – Disinfect surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to prevent germs and bacteria buildup.

3. Waste Management – Collect, dispose of, and sort trash and recyclables properly.

4. Restocking Supplies – Replenish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essential items.

5. Window and Glass Cleaning – Wipe down windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces for a spotless appearance.

6. Handling Cleaning Equipment – Use cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaners, mops, buffers, and steamers efficiently.

7. Report Issues – Notify management of damages, leaks, or needed repairs.

8. Follow Safety Procedures – Use cleaning chemicals safely and wear protective gear as required.

9. Specialized Cleaning Tasks – Deep cleaning tasks such as carpet washing, pressure washing, or polishing floors when required.

10. Assist in Event Setup – Arrange and clean spaces before and after events or office gatherings.

Job Requirements:

1. Education – No formal education required, but basic literacy is preferred.

2. Experience – Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is an advantage.

3. Physical Stamina – Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long hours, and lift lightweight cleaning equipment.

4. Attention to Detail – Ensuring thorough cleaning in all assigned areas.

5. Time Management – Completing tasks efficiently within deadlines.

6. Knowledge of Cleaning Products – Understanding the proper use of chemicals and cleaning solutions.

7. Safety Awareness – Following hygiene and safety regulations to prevent accidents.

8. Reliability – Punctuality and consistency in completing assigned duties.

9. Teamwork – Ability to work independently or as part of a cleaning team.

10. Flexibility – Willingness to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Terms & Conditions: –

Food                            → Free meals will be provided by the Employer as contractually agreed

Accommodation          → Provided from Company as contractually agreed

Medical                        → Provided according to Romanian legislation

Contract period           → Two (02) years for all above categories

Probation period         → 03 months

Working hours            → 08 hours a day, 48 hours per week, 6 days

Vacation                      → 21 days per year

Air Ticket                     → Return air ticket to the home country after 2 years continuously contract period
