🧾 Job Overview

We are looking for trustworthy and hardworking Cleaning Staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in reputed hotels, resorts, and restaurants across Greece. The selected candidates will play an essential role in ensuring that all guest areas, rooms, and facilities meet high European hospitality standards. This is a great opportunity for Sri Lankan candidates to gain international experience in the hospitality sector.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as assigned.

• Maintain cleanliness in restaurants, kitchens, and service areas as required by management.

• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries according to hotel procedures.

• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors daily.

• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors.

• Refill housekeeping trolleys and maintain proper stock of cleaning supplies.

• Follow daily task schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned within the allocated time.

• Assist in laundry operations when necessary.

• Uphold hotel service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction through cleanliness and presentation.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles (hotel or resort experience preferred).

• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, detergents, and sanitation procedures.

• Physically fit, energetic, and able to handle repetitive cleaning tasks.

• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.

• Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Greek is a plus.

• Punctual, polite, and attentive to detail.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.

🕒 Work Schedule

Accommodation:                          Shared accommodation with basic facilities provided by employer

Working Hours:                             8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours per week)

Overtime:                                       Paid according to Greek labour law

Air Passage:                                    Provided by employer (round-trip after contract period)

Probation Period:                           01 month
