CNC Machine Operator Full Time

Job Overview

We are looking for technically skilled CNC Machine Operators to work in manufacturing and engineering facilities across Romania. Candidates will operate CNC machinery and ensure components are produced accurately according to specifications.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate assigned CNC machinery.
Load materials and components correctly.
Read basic engineering drawings and measurements.
Monitor machining operations.
Measure completed components using appropriate measuring tools.
Adjust basic machine parameters when authorized.
Identify defects and report production problems.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Maintain production and quality records.
Follow machine and workplace safety procedures.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred.
Technical or vocational qualification is an advantage.
Ability to understand engineering measurements.
Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, or similar measuring tools.
Basic CNC programming knowledge is an advantage.
Strong attention to accuracy.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work shifts when required.

Shift-based schedules may apply according to factory production requirements.

Conditions:

Contract Period: Two (02) Years
Salary: EUR 500 per month
Food: Food allowance as per approved Job Order

Working Hours: As per employment contract
Overtime: Paid according to Romanian labour law
Medical: As per approved conditions
Air Passage: Single air ticket as approved
Other Conditions: As per Romanian Labour Laws.
