Job Role

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring quality and hygiene standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards.

• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Store and label food supplies properly.

• Assist in inventory management.

• Support senior chefs in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Culinary diploma/certificate preferred.

• Prior kitchen experience an advantage.

Skills

• Passion for cooking and learning.

• Ability to follow instructions.

• Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.

• Team player with stamina to work in a busy kitchen.

Terms & Conditions

1. Food                                                            –  Free duty food provided by the company.

2. Transportation                                            – Free transportation.

3. Accommodation                                         – Free sharing accommodation for non-executive staff, and single accommodation for executive staff as per company policy.

4. Medical                                                        – As per company policy.

5. Contract Period                                           – Two (02) years, renewable for an extended period.

6. Probation Period                                        – 100 days.

7. Working Hours                                           – 08 hours per day with one day off per week.

8. Vacation                                                      – 30 days per year.

9. Visa                                                             – Article No. 18 Job Visa.

10. Air Ticket                                                   – One-way free air ticket after completing the contract.
