Earth Moving Machine Operator Full Time

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and safety-conscious Earth Moving Machine Operators to work on construction and infrastructure projects across Romania. Selected candidates will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, or similar earth-moving machinery while maintaining high standards of operational safety and efficiency.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned earth-moving machinery safely and efficiently.
• Operate excavators, loaders, bulldozers, or related equipment according to project requirements.
• Carry out excavation, grading, loading, levelling, and material-moving operations.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of assigned machinery.
• Check fuel, oil, hydraulic systems, tyres/tracks, and basic machine condition.
• Report mechanical faults or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Follow signals and instructions provided by supervisors and ground workers.
• Maintain safe distances from workers, structures, and other equipment.
• Keep basic daily equipment operation records when required.
• Follow all construction-site and heavy-equipment safety regulations.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience operating earth-moving or heavy construction machinery is required.
• Practical experience with excavators, loaders, bulldozers, or similar equipment is preferred.
• Valid heavy-equipment operator licence or certification is an advantage.
• Good understanding of equipment safety and basic maintenance.
• Ability to work accurately according to site instructions.
• Good awareness of surroundings and strong concentration.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Responsible attitude toward machinery and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.

🕒 Work Schedule

Working hours will depend on construction-site operations and will be arranged according to the employment contract and Romanian labour regulations.

Additional working hours may be required according to project schedules and will be compensated in accordance with applicable regulations.

Conditions:

Contract Period: Two (02) Years

Salary: EUR 600 per month

Food: Food allowance as per approved Job Order

Accommodation: Free accommodation provided by employer

Working Hours: As per employment contract and Romanian labour regulations

Overtime: Paid according to applicable Romanian labour law

Medical: Provided as per approved employment conditions

Air Passage: Single air ticket provided as per approved Job Order

Other Conditions: All employment terms shall be in accordance with Romanian Labour Laws and the approved employment contract.
