Construction Worker – Unskilled Full Time

Job Overview

We are looking for physically fit and hardworking Unskilled Construction Workers to support construction and infrastructure projects across Romania. Selected candidates will assist skilled workers and machine operators with material handling, site preparation, cleaning, loading, unloading, and other general construction activities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers with general construction activities.
• Load, unload, carry, and organize construction materials.
• Prepare work areas before construction activities begin.
• Assist with basic excavation, digging, clearing, and site preparation work.
• Support loader, dozer, excavator, and other machine operations where instructed.
• Remove construction debris and maintain clean work areas.
• Move tools, equipment, and materials safely around the construction site.
• Follow instructions given by supervisors and skilled workers.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
• Follow all construction site health and safety procedures.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labour experience is preferred but not always mandatory.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
• Ability to lift and move construction materials safely.
• Willingness to work outdoors and under different weather conditions.
• Ability to understand and follow supervisor instructions.
• Basic awareness of construction site safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform different general duties according to project requirements.

🕒 Work Schedule

Working hours will be arranged according to construction project requirements, the employment contract, and Romanian labour regulations.

Candidates should be prepared to work additional hours when required by project schedules, subject to applicable overtime regulations.

Conditions:

Contract Period: Two (02) Years

Salary: EUR 555 per month

Food: Food allowance as per approved Job Order

Accommodation: Free accommodation provided by employer

Working Hours: As per employment contract and Romanian labour regulations

Overtime: Paid according to applicable Romanian labour law

Medical: Provided as per approved employment conditions

Air Passage: Single air ticket provided as per approved Job Order

Other Conditions: All employment terms shall be in accordance with Romanian Labour Laws and the approved employment contract.
