Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and reliable Cooks to work in restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, and commercial kitchens across Romania. Candidates will prepare meals according to menus, recipes, hygiene standards, and employer requirements.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and recipes.
• Prepare meat, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients.
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and portion sizes.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
• Store ingredients according to food-safety requirements.
• Monitor stock and report shortages.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen helpers.
• Minimize food waste.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous professional cooking experience required.
• Hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Culinary qualification or certificate is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

🕒 Work Schedule

Conditions:

Contract Period: Two (02) Years
Salary: EUR 600 per month
Food: Food allowance as per approved Job Order
Accommodation: Free accommodation
Working Hours: As per employment contract
Overtime: Paid according to Romanian labour law
Medical: As per approved conditions
Air Passage: Single air ticket as approved
Other Conditions: As per Romanian Labour Laws.
