We are seeking skilled and energetic Breakfast Cooks to join established hotels and resorts in Greece. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast dishes to international guests while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and enjoy early-morning culinary operations.
Prepare and cook all breakfast items including eggs, omelets, sausages, pancakes, breads, fruits, and beverages according to the daily menu.
Ensure buffet and à-la-carte breakfast sections are always replenished and visually appealing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast kitchen and service area.
Check food supplies, storage, and temperature control to ensure freshness and safety.
Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth morning operations.
Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.
Follow HACCP guidelines and hotel food safety standards.
Assist in creating new breakfast dishes and seasonal menu variations when required.
Ensure timely preparation so that breakfast service runs smoothly for guests.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a Breakfast Cook or similar role in hotels or resorts.
Professional certificate or diploma in Cookery, Culinary Arts, or Food Production preferred.
Expertise in preparing both continental and international breakfast menus.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and buffet service procedures.
Good English communication skills; knowledge of Greek is an added advantage.
Punctual, disciplined, and able to work early morning shifts efficiently.
Ability to handle multiple orders and maintain calm under pressure.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
Meals and shared accommodation provided by the employer.
Transportation between accommodation and workplace included.
Overtime and holiday pay according to Greek labour law.
Return air ticket provided upon completion of the two-year contract.
Medical coverage and work insurance as per Greek employment regulations.
