🧾 Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Cooks – Warm Buffet to join our hospitality partners in Greece. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining high-quality dishes for buffet service while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare hot dishes and buffet meals according to established recipes and portion standards.

• Maintain proper temperature, flavor, and appearance of all dishes served at the buffet.

• Ensure that buffet stations are continuously replenished and well-presented during service hours.

• Work closely with chefs and kitchen helpers to coordinate food production efficiently.

• Follow proper food storage, handling, and hygiene procedures as per HACCP guidelines.

• Assist in daily kitchen cleaning, waste control, and inventory management.

• Maintain smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff during peak hours.

• Report to the Head Chef and ensure all cooking equipment is in proper working condition.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in buffet or restaurant cooking.

• Certificate or Diploma in Cookery or Culinary Arts preferred.

• Knowledge of European or international cuisine is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dishes simultaneously.

• Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills.

• Basic English understanding; Greek language knowledge is a plus.

• Must be neat, disciplined, and maintain high hygiene standards.

🕒 Work Schedule

Food:                                             Meals provided by employer

Transportation:                             Provided by employer (to and from workplace)

Accommodation:                          Shared accommodation with basic facilities provided by employer

Working Hours:                             8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours per week)

Overtime:                                       Paid according to Greek labour law

Air Passage:                                    Provided by employer (round-trip after contract period)

Probation Period:                           01 month

Other Conditions:                           All employment terms as per Republic of Greece Labour Laws
