Job Role

Support the Watch Manager in supervising fire crews and lead smaller teams during emergency operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and guide firefighters during emergencies.

• Conduct drills and training exercises.

• Inspect equipment and ensure operational readiness.

• Provide mentorship to junior firefighters.

• Assist in reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified firefighter with supervisory experience.

• 3–5 years of firefighting service.

Skills

• Team leadership and organizational ability.

• Effective communication under pressure.

• Strong knowledge of firefighting methods.
