Customer Service Representative (Male) Full Time

Responsibilities

1. Customer Support:
   • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service.
   • Address customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, or policies.
2. Problem Solving:
   • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and to their satisfaction.
   • Troubleshoot and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
3. Order Management:
   • Assist customers with placing, tracking, or modifying orders.
   • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
4. Feedback Collection:
   • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products and services.
   • Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
5. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
   • Recommend additional products or services based on customer needs.
   • Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and new launches.
6. Record Keeping:
   • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
   • Update and verify customer account information regularly.
7. Team Coordination:
   • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, technical support, and logistics to address customer needs.
   • Share insights about common issues or recurring inquiries to streamline processes.
8. Knowledge Maintenance:
   • Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends.
   • Attend regular training sessions to improve skills and stay updated.
9. Policy Adherence:
   • Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
   • Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure confidentiality.
10. Availability and Flexibility:
    • Handle inquiries and requests during flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
    • Adapt to a dynamic work environment and high-pressure situations.

Terms & Conditions

1. Food –   SR 200 Provided from company.
2. Transportation   – Provided from company.
3. Accommodation   – Provided from company.
4. Medical – Provided as company policy.
5. Contact period – Two (02) years.
6. Probation period – 03 Months.
7. Working hours – 08 hours a day, 48 hours per week.
8. Vacation   – 21 days per year.
9. Air ticket – One way free after the completing contract
