Service Crew Full Time

Customer Service:

1. Greeting customers warmly and answering inquiries about menu items or services.
2. Taking orders accurately and processing them efficiently.
3. Addressing customer complaints or special requests promptly and courteously.

Food and Beverage Preparation:

1. Preparing simple food items like sandwiches, salads, or beverages.
2. Ensuring food is presented attractively and meets quality standards.
3. Operating equipment such as coffee machines, fryers, or grills.

Order Fulfillment:

1. Delivering orders to customers at tables, counters, or designated areas.
2. Packing takeout orders securely for transport.
3. Checking completed orders for accuracy before serving.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

1. Cleaning tables, counters, and food preparation areas.
2. Washing dishes, utensils, and equipment as required.
3. Ensuring the dining area and restroom are clean and presentable.

Inventory and Stock Management:

1. Refilling condiments, napkins, and utensils at service stations.
2. Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to supervisors.
3. Assisting in receiving and storing food supplies.

Cash Handling:

1. Operating the cash register or POS system for billing.
2. Handling payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
3. Balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift.

Team Collaboration:

1. Assisting colleagues during busy periods or shift changes.
2. Participating in team meetings or training sessions.
3. Ensuring smooth workflow by coordinating with kitchen staff and managers.

Adherence to Policies:

1. Complying with health and safety regulations.
2. Following company policies and dress codes.
3. Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Optional (Based on Establishment):

1. Upselling menu items to increase sales.
2. Promoting loyalty programs or special offers.
3. Assisting in event setups or catering services.
