Driver (Heavy Vehicle-Truck) (Male) Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy vehicles (trucks) for transporting goods safely from one location to another.
• Adhere to all traffic and road safety regulations.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues before and after trips.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain vehicle log and report any incidents, accidents, or malfunctions.
• Load and unload cargo where applicable.
• Communicate with dispatchers and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driver’s License (appropriate for trucks).
• Proven experience as a heavy vehicle truck driver.
• Familiarity with GPS systems and mapping software.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and the ability to follow them.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Age Limit: 18 – 50 years maximum.
2. Working hours: 08 hours/day, 6 days per week
3. Contract Period: 2 years and extendable on mutual agreement
4. Overtime as per Romanian Laboure Law
5. Allowance & Increment – Based on performance
6. Accommodation provided by Employer Free (Max. 4 people per room)
7. Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas) provided by the Employer
8. Food allowance RON 500 will be provided by the Employer
9. Medical facilities provided by the Employer
10. Payment of Insurance Premium provided by the Employer
11. Annual Medical Examination provided by the Employer
12. Joining Air ticket from Sri Lanka to Romania borne by the Employee.
13. Return Air Ticket (after completion of Contract) provided by the Employer.
14. Airport Pick Up Services provided by the Employer.
15. Passport & Identity Card right to remain in Employee’s possession.
16. Visa/Resident Card provided by the Employer.
17. Salary Tax and Levy paid by the Employer.
18. Probation period 90 days from the date of entry to Romania.
19. Death compensation allowance as per Romanian Laboure Law
20. Annual Leave and Holidays as per Romanian Laboure Law.
21. Local Transportation (only if required) provided by the Employer.
22. Repatriation of Terminated, Sick or Disabled workers paid by the Employer.
23. Repatriation of human remains in case of death paid by the Employer.
