Engineering Manager – Almarai Seafood Operations

Almarai Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Engineering Manager for its seafood operations in King Abdullah Economic City, Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage engineering, maintenance, utilities and plant operations.
• Lead mechanical, electrical and industrial maintenance teams.
• Ensure the reliable operation of refrigeration, boilers, compressors and water systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Improve plant efficiency, equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and food manufacturing standards.
• Support seafood processing plant engineering and maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in processing, utilities or maintenance within food-manufacturing or seafood-processing plants.
• Strong practical experience in industrial utility systems.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams and plant operations.
• Experience in seafood-processing plant engineering and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Lean, TPM or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP PM or a similar maintenance-management system.
• Good English communication and leadership skills.

Grade: M2
Basic Salary: SAR 11,160 per month
Age: 35–45 years
