Factory Worker Full Time

Job Overview

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Factory Workers to join manufacturing and production facilities across Romania. Selected candidates will support daily production activities, operate basic machinery where required, handle materials, inspect finished products, and maintain a safe and organized working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for Sri Lankan workers to gain international experience in the European manufacturing sector.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily factory production and manufacturing activities.
• Operate basic production machinery and equipment after receiving proper training.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Assemble, pack, label, and prepare products according to production requirements.
• Inspect products for visible defects and report quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain required production targets and quality standards.
• Keep machinery, tools, and working areas clean and organized.
• Follow instructions provided by supervisors and production managers.
• Use personal protective equipment and comply with workplace safety procedures.
• Assist other production team members whenever required.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, or general labour experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and production guidelines accurately.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined attitude toward work.
• Ability to work in shifts when required.
• Willingness to learn new production processes and machinery.
• Candidates with previous overseas or industrial experience will be an advantage.

🕒 Work Schedule

Working hours and shift arrangements will be determined by the employer in accordance with the employment contract and Romanian labour regulations.

Factory operations may include morning, evening, or rotational shifts depending on production requirements.

Conditions:

Contract Period: Two (02) Years

Salary: EUR 590 per month

Food: Food allowance as per approved Job Order

Accommodation: Free accommodation provided by employer

Working Hours: As per employment contract and Romanian labour regulations

Overtime: Paid according to applicable Romanian labour law

Medical: Provided as per approved employment conditions

Air Passage: Single air ticket provided as per approved Job Order

Other Conditions: All employment terms shall be in accordance with Romanian Labour Laws and the approved employment contract.
