Job Role

Supervise the food and beverage team to deliver excellent service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant or banquet operations.

• Train and guide staff.

• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Handle complaints professionally.

• Manage inventory and supplies.

• Support management in achieving F&B goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hospitality management preferred.

• Experience as a waiter/waitress and supervisor required.

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication.

• Problem-solving ability.

• Knowledge of F&B operations.

• Customer service orientation.

Terms & Conditions

1. Food                                                            –  Free duty food provided by the company.

2. Transportation                                            – Free transportation.

3. Accommodation                                         – Free sharing accommodation for non-executive staff, and single accommodation for executive staff as per company policy.

4. Medical                                                        – As per company policy.

5. Contract Period                                           – Two (02) years, renewable for an extended period.

6. Probation Period                                        – 100 days.

7. Working Hours                                           – 08 hours per day with one day off per week.

8. Vacation                                                      – 30 days per year.

9. Visa                                                             – Article No. 18 Job Visa.

10. Air Ticket                                                   – One-way free air ticket after completing the contract.
