Job Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
✅ Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
✅ Manage and lead a team of workers and subcontractors.
✅ Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
✅ Maintain tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
✅ Communicate progress and issues to project managers.

Requirements:

🔹 Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman.
🔹 Strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety standards.
🔹 Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
🔹 Excellent leadership and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to manage labor and materials efficiently.
