Full Stack Developer Full Time

Job Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications across the full software stack—from front-end user interfaces to back-end server logic and databases. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

💻 Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

• Ensure a seamless user experience across devices and browsers.

🖥️ Back-End Development

• Build secure and efficient server-side logic using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

• Manage and maintain databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

🔁 System Integration & Deployment

• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.

• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable hosting and services.

• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security.

🤝 Collaboration & Problem Solving

• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and product teams for smooth development flow.

• Debug, test, and document code across the application stack.

• Stay updated with emerging tech trends and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer) are a plus.

🧠 Experience

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• Proven track record of delivering web applications from concept to deployment.

💻 Technical Skills

• Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular).

• Strong back-end knowledge (Node.js, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, etc.).

• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase.

• Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud services.
