IT Specialists – Architecture Designer (Juniors – Seniors) Full Time

Job Role: Architecture Designer

Architecture Designers create, plan, and develop building and infrastructure designs, ensuring functionality, safety, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. They collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to turn design concepts into practical, compliant architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

For All Levels (Juniors → Seniors)

• Develop architectural designs, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.

• Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and client requirements.

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare and present design concepts, sketches, and detailed plans.

• Incorporate sustainable and innovative design practices.

Additional Responsibilities by Level:

• Junior Level:

  • Assist senior architects in drafting, modeling, and project documentation.

  • Conduct site visits and prepare basic reports.

  • Learn building regulations and design standards.

• Mid-Level:

  • Lead design development for small to medium projects.

  • Coordinate with external consultants and manage design revisions.

  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.

• Senior Level:

  • Oversee architectural design for large-scale projects from concept to completion.

  • Lead design teams and mentor junior architects.

  • Manage client relationships and ensure project alignment with strategic goals.

  • Approve final designs and monitor quality during construction.

Requirements

For All Levels (Core Skills):

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).

• Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Experience by Level:

• Junior Level: 0–2 years in architectural design or related internship experience.

• Mid-Level: 2–5 years in architectural design with completed projects in portfolio.

• Senior Level: 5+ years leading architectural projects and teams.

Preferred (Especially for Senior):

• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.

• Experience with sustainable design certifications (LEED, WELL).

• Strong project management and leadership skills.

• Portfolio showcasing innovative and completed projects.
