IT Specialists – Technical Solutions Engineer (Juniors – Seniors) Full Time

Job Role: Technical Solutions Engineer

Technical Solutions Engineers act as the bridge between clients, technical teams, and product development. They analyze business needs, design technical solutions, and provide implementation support to ensure systems, applications, or platforms meet organizational and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

For All Levels (Juniors → Seniors)

• Work with clients or internal teams to gather and analyze requirements.

• Design, document, and implement technical solutions that address business challenges.

• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.

• Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to deliver solutions on time.

• Ensure solutions align with security, scalability, and performance best practices.

Additional Responsibilities by Level:

• Junior Level:

  • Assist in requirement gathering and solution documentation.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting under guidance.

  • Support proof-of-concept and solution testing activities.

• Mid-Level:

  • Lead small to medium-scale solution design and deployments.

  • Integrate solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.

  • Provide technical training to end-users or clients.

• Senior Level:

  • Architect complex enterprise solutions and oversee project delivery.

  • Act as the primary technical contact for key clients.

  • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical workshops.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.

Requirements

For All Levels (Core Skills):

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and integration methods.

• Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills.

• Good communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.

Experience by Level:

• Junior Level: 0–2 years in IT support, system integration, or technical implementation.

• Mid-Level: 2–5 years designing and implementing technical solutions.

• Senior Level: 5+ years in solution architecture or senior technical consultancy roles.

Preferred (Especially for Senior):

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with enterprise software (ERP, CRM, CMS).

• Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert).
