We are looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helpers to support the daily kitchen operations in well-established hotels and restaurants across Greece. The role involves assisting chefs and cooks with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and meats.

• Keep the kitchen clean and organized by washing utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

• Support in arranging ingredients and supplies before meal service.

• Maintain cleanliness in food storage, preparation, and serving areas according to hygiene standards.

• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure compliance with sanitation rules.

• Refill and maintain buffet stations during meal hours.

• Help unload and organize food deliveries.

• Follow directions from senior kitchen staff and maintain a team-oriented attitude.

• Assist with minor cooking tasks when required under supervision.

• Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are followed at all times.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred, but not mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of kitchen tools, utensils, and cleaning methods.

• Ability to stand for long hours and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Strong sense of cleanliness, discipline, and teamwork.

• Basic English communication skills (Greek knowledge is an advantage).

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Must be punctual and follow the instructions of supervisors carefully.

🕒 Work Schedule

Working Hours:                             8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours per week)

Overtime:                                       Paid according to Greek labour law

Air Passage:                                    Provided by employer (round-trip after contract period)

Probation Period:                           01 month

Other Conditions:                           All employment terms as per Republic of Greece Labour Laws
