A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. They ensure machines function efficiently, troubleshoot minor issues, and follow safety guidelines to produce high-quality products.
Machine Setup & Operation – Prepare machines for production by adjusting settings, loading materials, and ensuring proper calibration.
Monitoring Performance – Regularly check machines to ensure they are running efficiently and producing quality output.
Quality Control – Inspect products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
Troubleshooting Issues – Identify and fix minor mechanical problems to prevent production delays.
Routine Maintenance – Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machinery.
Following Safety Procedures – Adhere to workplace safety rules and ensure a hazard-free environment.
Recording Data – Keep logs of machine performance, maintenance schedules, and production output.
Collaboration – Work with supervisors, engineers, and other operators to optimize production processes.
Material Handling – Load and unload raw materials and finished products efficiently.
Process Improvement – Suggest ways to improve machine performance and production efficiency.
Education – High school diploma or vocational training in machine operation, mechanics, or manufacturing is preferred.
Experience – Prior experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is advantageous.
Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with industrial machinery, tools, and computerized control systems.
Attention to Detail – Ability to detect small defects or irregularities in products.
Physical Stamina – Capability to stand, lift, and work in a factory setting for long hours.
Basic Math & Measurement Skills – Understanding of measurements, weights, and machine settings.
Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to quickly identify and resolve machine-related issues.
Safety Awareness – Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper handling of machinery.
Time Management – Ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining high efficiency.
Teamwork – Willingness to coordinate with other machine operators and supervisors.

Contract period – Two (02) Years
Food – Allowance 20 KD

Accommodation – Provided From Company
Working Hours – 08 Hours per day, 06 hours per week
Over time – As per UAE Government Law
Vacation – 21 days per yea, As per UAE law

Air Passage – One way free after the completing contract
Probation Period – 06 months,
