Manager – IT (SAN, MIS & DP) Full Time

🚨 We’re Hiring: Manager – IT (SAN, MIS & DP)
📍 Location: Katunayake

A well-established, BOI-approved manufacturing organization is looking for a highly experienced Manager – IT to lead and manage enterprise-wide IT operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and information security

• Manage ERP systems, data centers, telephony, CCTV, and networking

• Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, risk mitigation, and compliance

• Lead IT projects, audits, budgeting, and vendor management

• Provide IT support for manufacturing operations including planning, inventory, HR, and finance

• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies

• Develop, mentor, and train IT team members

🔹 Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role

• Strong exposure to ERP systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data centers

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Programming knowledge in C#/.NET, Python, SQL is an added advantage

• Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath / Microsoft PL-500) is a plus
