Manager (Male) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Oversee and guide a team, providing direction and support. This includes motivating employees, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high performance within the team.
• Decision-Making and Strategy: Analyze situations and make informed decisions. Develop strategies that align with the company’s objectives and ensure the efficient execution of these plans.
• Communication: Serve as a primary communicator between upper management and team members. Ensure clear, transparent, and effective communication within the organization and with clients or external stakeholders.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage department budgets and allocate resources effectively. This includes tracking spending, minimizing waste, and ensuring optimal use of materials, time, and labor.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Regularly assess team performance through reviews, feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement training and development programs to foster growth and enhance skills within the team.

Terms & Conditions

1. Food –   SR 200 Provided from company.
2. Transportation   – Provided from company.
3. Accommodation   – Provided from company.
4. Medical – Provided as company policy.
5. Contact period – Two (02) years.
6. Probation period – 03 Months.
7. Working hours – 08 hours a day, 48 hours per week.
8. Vacation   – 21 days per year.
9. Air ticket – One way free after the completing contract
