We are seeking qualified and professional Massage Therapists to join leading hotels, spas, and wellness centers in Greece. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality massage and spa treatments while maintaining a relaxing, hygienic, and guest-oriented environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Provide a range of massages and spa treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Relaxation techniques.

• Welcome guests warmly and conduct consultations to understand their individual needs.

• Maintain a calming and professional atmosphere throughout the treatment session.

• Set up treatment rooms with necessary equipment, towels, and oils before each session.

• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in all spa and massage areas.

• Recommend aftercare routines and wellness tips to clients.

• Record treatment details and maintain guest confidentiality at all times.

• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols as per European spa standards.

• Support the spa team with reception duties or guest assistance when required.

• Attend regular training sessions to enhance skills and service quality.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist in hotels, spas, or wellness centers.

• Recognized certificate or diploma in Massage Therapy or Spa Management (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, pressure points, and massage techniques.

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Basic English communication skills (Greek language is an advantage).

• Well-groomed, polite, and able to maintain discretion and professionalism.

• Physically fit and able to perform long treatment sessions.

• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit in multicultural environments.

🕒 Work Schedule

8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours weekly).
Shift-based work, including weekends or holidays as per spa schedule.

Working Hours:                             8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours per week)

Overtime:                                       Paid according to Greek labour law

Air Passage:                                    Provided by employer (round-trip after contract period)

Probation Period:                           01 month
