Massage Therapist Full Time

Job Role:

A Massage Therapist provides therapeutic and relaxing massages to clients to relieve stress, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. They use various massage techniques and maintain a professional and comfortable environment for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation – Assess client needs, medical history, and preferences before starting therapy.

2. Massage Techniques – Perform various massage styles, such as Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, and sports massage.

3. Pain & Stress Relief – Help clients relieve muscle tension, pain, and stress through targeted massage techniques.

4. Hygiene & Cleanliness – Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including massage tables and tools.

5. Customized Treatments – Adapt massage techniques based on client preferences and physical condition.

6. Use of Oils & Equipment – Apply massage oils, creams, or lotions and use massage tools when necessary.

7. Professionalism & Ethics – Maintain client confidentiality and follow professional ethical guidelines.

8. Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure safe and appropriate massage techniques to prevent injuries.

9. Customer Service – Provide a welcoming and relaxing experience for clients.

10. Business & Scheduling – Manage appointments, keep records, and handle client payments if self-employed.

Job Requirements:

1. Education – Certification or diploma in massage therapy from a recognized institution.

2. Experience – Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or healthcare facility is an advantage.

3. Massage Skills – Knowledge of various massage techniques and body anatomy.

4. Physical Stamina – Ability to stand and apply pressure for extended periods.

5. Communication Skills – Ability to explain treatments and listen to client concerns.

6. Customer Service – Friendly and professional attitude to ensure client satisfaction.

7. Attention to Detail – Understanding client needs and providing tailored massage treatments.

8. Hygiene & Cleanliness – Maintain a high standard of personal and workplace hygiene.

9. Flexibility – Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call appointments.

10. Certification & Licensing – Depending on country or region, a valid massage therapy license may be required.

Terms & Conditions: –

Food                            → Free meals will be provided by the Employer as contractually agreed

Accommodation          → Provided from Company as contractually agreed

Medical                        → Provided according to Romanian legislation

Contract period           → Two (02) years for all above categories

Probation period         → 03 months

Working hours            → 08 hours a day, 48 hours per week, 6 days

Vacation                      → 21 days per year

Air Ticket                     → Return air ticket to the home country after 2 years continuously contract period
