Officer – General (Male) Full Time

Responsibilities:

1. Documentation and Record Maintenance:
   • Maintain accurate and updated records of all administrative activities.
   • Prepare and process reports, official letters, and memos.
2. Compliance and Reporting:
   • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
   • Submit periodic reports to supervisors or higher management.

Operational Responsibilities:

1. Supervision:
   • Oversee day-to-day operations in designated areas.
   • Monitor staff performance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
2. Coordination:
   • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
   • Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
3. Logistics Management:
   • Supervise inventory, supplies, and other resources.
   • Coordinate transport, equipment maintenance, and facility management.

Security and Safety:

1. Enforce Security Protocols:
   • Monitor premises to ensure security measures are in place.
   • Respond promptly to any security concerns or incidents.
2. Health and Safety Compliance:
   • Ensure workplace adheres to safety regulations.
   • Conduct periodic safety drills and training sessions.

Leadership and Development:

1. Team Building:
   • Motivate and lead teams towards achieving organizational goals.
   • Resolve conflicts and promote a positive working environment.
2. Skill Development:
   • Identify training needs and recommend professional development opportunities for team members.

Public Relations:

1. Client Interaction:
   • Act as a liaison between the company and clients.
   • Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
2. Representation:
   • Represent the organization in external meetings, events, or community activit

Terms & Conditions

1. Food –   SR 200 Provided from company.
2. Transportation   – Provided from company.
3. Accommodation   – Provided from company.
4. Medical – Provided as company policy.
5. Contact period – Two (02) years.
6. Probation period – 03 Months.
7. Working hours – 08 hours a day, 48 hours per week.
8. Vacation   – 21 days per year.
9. Air ticket – One way free after the completing contract
