About the Opportunity

JIFCO Recruitment (Pvt) Ltd, a licensed foreign employment agency in Sri Lanka (SLBFE License No. 3665), is recruiting qualified candidates on behalf of one of our international financial services clients based in Colombo.
We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join the Risk & Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop their careers in compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify anomalies and risk patterns.

• Design and maintain operational reports and performance dashboards.

• Support internal audit and compliance initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve controls and decision-making.

• Stay updated on global risk and compliance trends.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior risk/compliance or AML experience is an advantage.

• Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, VBA, or BI tools is a plus.

• Proficiency in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with flexible work schedules (nights/weekends).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 900 – 950 per month (tax-free).

• Accommodation: Provided (private bedroom in shared apartment).

Work Schedule
