Painter Full Time

Job Role:
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to buildings, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, and applying primers.

• Mix paints to obtain the desired color and texture.

• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

• Inspect and repair paint defects and maintain clean working areas.

• Follow safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Basic education with relevant work experience.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a painter in construction or interior projects.

Skills & Competencies:

• Attention to detail and color coordination.

• Familiar with paint materials, tools, and techniques.

• Good communication and teamwork.

Terms & Conditions (Applicable to All Categories)

• Food: AED 200 monthly allowance

• Transportation: Provided by company

• Accommodation: Provided by company

• Medical: As per company policy

• Contract Period: 2 years

• Probation Period: 3 months

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 48 hours per week

• Vacation: 21 days per year

• Air Ticket: One-way free after completion of contract
