🧾 Job Overview

We are hiring experienced and dependable Plumbers to join luxury hotels, resorts, and maintenance facilities across Greece. The successful candidates will handle installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring smooth and safe water flow throughout the property. This opportunity allows Sri Lankan tradesmen to work under European building and hospitality standards while developing international technical expertise.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems, faucets, toilets, and sinks.

• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform timely repairs to avoid service interruptions.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing layouts.

• Inspect pipelines and fixtures for leaks or blockages and replace worn parts.

• Maintain water heaters, pumps, and filtration systems in guest and service areas.

• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to complete repair tasks.

• Test plumbing systems for proper operation and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Use appropriate tools and safety equipment during all repair and maintenance activities.

• Report major issues or equipment needs to the maintenance supervisor.

• Keep work areas clean and follow sanitation and safety guidelines.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Plumber in hotels, resorts, or commercial facilities.

• Technical or vocational certificate in Plumbing, Mechanical Maintenance, or related field.

• Sound knowledge of water systems, sanitary fittings, and drainage operations.

• Ability to read technical diagrams and use plumbing tools efficiently.

• Basic understanding of electrical connections related to plumbing fixtures.

• Good English communication skills; Greek language knowledge is an advantage.

• Safety-conscious, reliable, and capable of working independently or in a team.

• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours when required.

🕒 Work Schedule

8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours weekly).
Emergency or after-hours maintenance work may apply as needed.

Conditions:

Contract Period:                             Two (02) Years

Working Hours:                             8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours per week)

Overtime:                                       Paid according to Greek labour law

Air Passage:                                    Provided by employer (round-trip after contract period)

Probation Period:                           01 month
