Quantity Surveyor (Male) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring they align with the project’s budget and objectives.
• Contract Administration: Manage and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and performance requirements. Address any variations or disputes with contractors or clients.
• Cost Control and Monitoring: Continuously track project expenses to ensure that costs stay within budget. Provide regular reports to clients or project managers on the financial status of the project.
• Tendering and Procurement: Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders, ensuring that contractors meet the required specifications and offer competitive pricing.
• Risk Management and Value Engineering: Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost-saving measures throughout the project lifecycle. Propose value engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.

Terms & Conditions

1. Food –   SR 200 Provided from company.
2. Transportation   – Provided from company.
3. Accommodation   – Provided from company.
4. Medical – Provided as company policy.
5. Contact period – Two (02) years.
6. Probation period – 03 Months.
7. Working hours – 08 hours a day, 48 hours per week.
8. Vacation   – 21 days per year.
9. Air ticket – One way free after the completing contract
