Receptionist (Female) Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain the reception area tidy and presentable.
• Handle basic clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.).
• Provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
• Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support office staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications are a plus.

Terms and Conditions:

Food → Allowance 200 AED

Transportation → Provided From Company

Accommodation → Provided From Company

Medical → provided as Company policy

Contract period → Two (02) Years

Probation period → 06 months

Working hours → 08 hours per day, 48 Hours per week

Vacation → 21 Working days per year (30 calendar days )

Air ticket → one way Free after the completing contract
