We are looking for friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionists to join luxury hotels and resorts across Greece. The selected candidates will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out process, and smooth coordination with other departments. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival.

• Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including payments and registration.

• Manage room reservations, confirmations, and cancellations using hotel systems.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously.

• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments for guest requests.

• Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of daily operations and reports.

• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Follow company policies, data privacy rules, and customer service protocols.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Front Office Assistant.

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or Customer Service preferred.

• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Greek is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and front office software (training provided if required).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle guest interactions professionally.

• Presentable appearance, positive personality, and calm under pressure.

• Team player with multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays.

🕒 Work Schedule

8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours weekly).
Shift-based schedule including morning, afternoon, or night shifts.
