We are looking for active and customer-focused Runners to join prestigious hotels and restaurants across Greece. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting the service team by delivering food and beverages, assisting waiters, and ensuring smooth dining operations. This position is ideal for energetic individuals who wish to build a long-term career in the hospitality industry while gaining valuable European work experience.
Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen or bar to the restaurant tables.
Assist waiters and bartenders during service, ensuring efficient order flow.
Set up, clear, and reset tables between guest seatings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and dining areas.
Refill water, bread, and condiments for guests as required.
Communicate effectively between the kitchen, bar, and service team.
Assist in event setups, buffet arrangements, and banquet services when needed.
Handle trays, carts, and serving utensils safely and professionally.
Follow hygiene and safety procedures throughout all service operations.
Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward guests at all times.
Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering services (training provided for freshers).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of restaurant service etiquette.
Physically fit and able to stand or move continuously for long hours.
Basic English communication skills; Greek language knowledge is a plus.
Neat appearance, positive attitude, and service-minded personality.
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure during busy hours.
Free meals and shared accommodation provided by the employer.
Free daily transportation between accommodation and workplace.
Overtime and public-holiday pay according to Greek labour law.
Return air ticket after completion of the two-year contract.
Medical insurance and work safety coverage as per Greek employment regulations.

8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours weekly).
Evening or split shifts may apply based on restaurant schedules.
