🧾 Job Overview

We are hiring disciplined and vigilant Security Staff to join prestigious hotels and resorts across Greece. The selected candidates will assist in maintaining the safety and protection of guests, staff, and property. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor hotel premises, entrances, and restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access.

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property at all times.

• Assist in controlling entry and exit points for staff, visitors, and vehicles.

• Monitor CCTV systems and promptly report any suspicious activity or incidents.

• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, alarms, and first aid situations.

• Provide security presence during special events or high guest volume periods.

• Maintain detailed incident logs and report security concerns to the Head of Security.

• Support in fire safety procedures and assist during evacuations if required.

• Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.

• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality in all interactions.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security, hotel, or facility protection roles.

• Basic knowledge of safety protocols, crowd management, and emergency response.

• Physically fit, alert, and capable of long hours of standing or patrolling.

• Good English communication skills; Greek language knowledge is an added advantage.

• Certificate or background in security or military service preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong observation skills, reliability, and professional discipline.

• Clean background and no criminal record.

• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

🕒 Work Schedule

8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours per week).
Rotational or night shifts may apply to ensure 24-hour security coverage.

Working Hours:                             8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours per week)

Air Passage:                                    Provided by employer (round-trip after contract period)

Probation Period:                           01 month
