Senior Caregiver – Female Full Time

Job Overview

We are looking for compassionate, patient, and responsible Female Senior Caregivers to provide daily support and personal assistance to elderly individuals in Romania. Selected candidates will assist seniors with personal care, mobility, meals, daily routines, and general wellbeing while maintaining dignity, privacy, and safety.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist elderly persons with daily personal-care activities.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers where required.
• Prepare or assist with suitable meals.
• Maintain clean and comfortable living areas related to the person’s care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany elderly persons to appointments or activities when authorized.
• Observe changes in general wellbeing and report concerns.
• Provide medication reminders where permitted and instructed, without performing unauthorized medical duties.
• Maintain privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow employer and healthcare-professional care instructions where applicable.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous elderly-care, caregiver, nursing-assistant, or similar experience preferred.
• Caregiver or nursing-assistant qualification is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful personality.
• Ability to assist elderly persons with mobility and personal care.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and elderly safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and trustworthy attitude.
• First-aid training is an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling elderly-care requirements.
• Relevant employment references will be an advantage.

🕒 Work Schedule

Working schedules will depend on the assigned care arrangement and employment contract and shall comply with applicable Romanian labour regulations.

Rest periods and additional working hours shall be managed according to the employment contract and applicable law.

Conditions:

Contract Period: Two (02) Years
Salary: EUR 500 per month
Food: Food allowance as per approved Job Order
Accommodation: Free accommodation provided by employer
Working Hours: As per employment contract and Romanian labour regulations
Overtime: Paid/compensated according to applicable Romanian labour law
Medical: Provided as per approved employment conditions
Air Passage: Single air ticket provided as per approved Job Order
Other Conditions: All employment terms shall be in accordance with Romanian Labour Laws and the approved employment contract.
