Senior Installation Manager Full Time

Job Role: Senior Installation Manager

A Senior Installation Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of installation projects (e.g., equipment, systems, or infrastructure) in sectors like construction, IT, telecommunications, or manufacturing. They ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end installation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Supervise and coordinate installation teams, contractors, and technicians.

• Conduct site assessments and ensure site readiness before installation.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.

• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.

• Solve technical or logistical problems that arise during installation.

• Review and approve installation designs, plans, and documentation.

• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory required for installation activities.

• Implement best practices for continuous improvement in installation processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or a relevant field.

• Proven experience in installation or project management (typically 5–10+ years).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth understanding of installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems).

• Ability to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA safety certification) are a plus.

Conditions:
