Shuttering Carpenter Full Time

Job Role:
Construct, assemble, and dismantle shuttering (formwork) for concrete structures according to drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings.

• Cut, shape, and assemble wooden or metal formwork.

• Install and align shuttering for slabs, beams, and columns.

• Ensure proper dimensions and stability before concreting.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 / Technical certificate in Carpentry or equivalent.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shuttering or formwork carpentry.

Skills & Competencies:

• Skilled in measuring, cutting, and joining materials accurately.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and use of tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.

Terms & Conditions

• Food: AED 200 monthly allowance

• Contract Period: 2 years

• Probation Period: 3 months

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 48 hours per week

• Vacation: 21 days per year
